This Caesar salad is easy to make in about 10 minutes and is loaded with flavor! It’s so creamy and perfect when you need an easy side salad. Or, add some chicken to make it a meal with some garlic bread on the side.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a chopping blade. Secure the lid and blend until the dressing is smooth.
  2. Store the dressing in an airtight container. It will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator. Give it a whisk before serving it.

Notes

Feel free to play around with the amounts of ingredients – reduce the garlic to one clove for a less garlicky dressing, add some lemon juice or a little water for a thinner dressing, or increase the Parmesan for a cheesier dressing. I don’t recommend skipping the anchovy paste – it makes a big difference.
