This fresh and bright blueberry smoothie is made with yogurt, milk, lemon juice, and frozen blueberries. It’s a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. If you like a thicker smoothie, add a few more blueberries. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, be sure to add the honey. You can adjust the amount to your taste.
