A bright and fresh orange smoothie made with fresh oranges, milk, and a touch of honey.


  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and broken into segments
  • 1/3 cup milk (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.


I like whole milk, but any milk you like will work, including dairy-free milk like almond milk. For a richer smoothie, mix milk and half and half. The nutrition estimate was calculated with whole milk.
