Description
A bright and fresh orange smoothie made with fresh oranges, a touch of honey, and a squeeze of lemon. It’s a quick and easy drink to start the day.
Ingredients

- 2/3 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 navel orange, peeled and broken into segments
- 1/3 cup half and half (see note)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice from ¼ of a lemon
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
Notes
- I’ve made this several times with half and half, but whole milk and almond milk work well, too. It all depends on how decadent you want your smoothie.
