Ingredients
- 16 ounces fresh pineapple chunks
- 4 cups water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Strain the liquid into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
- Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
