  • 16 ounces fresh pineapple chunks
  • 4 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Strain the liquid into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
  3. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
