- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 celery rib, sliced thinly on a diagonal
- 6 radishes, sliced into thin wedges
- 1 green apple, sliced into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Whisk the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and olive oil together in a medium bowl.
- Add the radishes, apple slices, and celery and toss well to get it all coated in the dressing. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and grate a small amount of Parmesan cheese over the top.
