Radish and Green Apple Salad


Spicy radishes and tart green apples are a perfect pair in this salad. It’s a light and refreshing way to start a meal and perfect for entertaining.


  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 celery rib, sliced thinly on a diagonal
  • 6 radishes, sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 green apple, sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, for serving


  1. Whisk the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and olive oil together in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the radishes, apple slices, and celery and toss well to get it all coated in the dressing. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and grate a small amount of Parmesan cheese over the top.
