Add the garlic and roast the vegetables until their tender about 40 minutes. Stir them halfway through the cooking time.
Place the roasted garlic, mushrooms, and onion in a blender. Add the broth and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pot and bring it to a simmer. Add the cream, butter, and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
Top each serving with a few roasted mushrooms, a drizzle of cream, and a few thyme leaves.
