Tangy Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder1  1 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup unsweetened applesauce ½ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 cups shredded carrots ½ cup chopped walnuts

Cupcake INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Whisk the Dry Ingredients

Step 2 : Mix the Wet Ingredients

Step 3 : Combine Wet and Dry Together!

Step 4 : Mix in Carrots & Nuts

Step 5 : Fill Liners 3/4 full with batter

Step 6: Bake for 5 minutes at 375°F and then lower to 350°F for 13-15 minutes

Step 7: Mix Cream Cheese, Butter, and Powdered Sugar to Make the Frosting

Step 8: Pipe it on the Cupcakes Using a Star Tip and Piping Bag!
