You don't have to cook the steak first! It's thinly sliced so it cooks in the oven when you bake the nachos - it's so easy.

How to Make Them

Step 1: Season the steak

Place the sliced steak in a bowl and sprinkle the seasoning over the top. Toss to coat evenly.

Step 2: Make the cheese sauce

Toss the pepper jack cheese with the cornstarch. Place it in a pan and add the half and half. Warm the mixture and stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble the nachos

Layer the tortilla chips with the cheese sauce, steak, jalapeno, and shredded cheese. Repeat these layers!
