5 oz Fettuccine

3 TBSP Unsalted Butter

8 oz Sliced Mushrooms

1 chopped garlic clove

1/4 TSP Kosher Salt

1/4 Cup Heavy Cream 

2 oz Parrano Truffle Cheese, Shredded

Boil the Pasta

Boil the pasta. Reserve a few tablespoons of the starchy water before you drain the pasta once it’s cooked.

Cook the Mushrooms

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the garlic & mushrooms until golden. Season with salt.

Transfer the mushrooms & garlic to a plate. In the same pan, melt  2 tbsp of butter. Add the cream and combine it with the butter.

Once the cream is heated add the cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Add one or two tablespoons of the pasta water to thin the sauce.

Bring it Together!

Add the mushrooms and pasta to the pan and stir to coat them evenly in the sauce. Garnish with the chopped parsley and grated cheese and serve.
