PARMESAN CHEESE
Boil the pasta and then drain it. Brown the sausage in a pan with olive oil. Remove it from the pan.
Cook the onions in white wine. Add the herbs and simmer and stir until the wine reduces.
Melt the butter, add the cream and mustard and stir. Bring it to a simmer to thicken. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir. Top with the browned sausage and it's ready to serve!
