SEASON THE RIBS

Mix up the dry rub and rub it all over the rack of ribs.  Place the ribs in the slow cooker.

Remove the silver skin from the ribs.

slow cook them

Cook them on low in the slow cooker for 90 minutes. Turn them and cook them for another two hours.

how to tell when they're done

Use a meat thermometer to measure the thickest part - it should be between 175°F and 185°F

add the sauce!

Brush the ribs with Teriyaki sauce and broil them for a few minutes. Add more sauce and broil again.

This gives them a sweet caramelized crust!

ADD GARNISHES

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the top.
