It's made with apple cider for the most amazing flavor.
First, you reduce the apple cider. This concentrates the flavor, making the bread so good. Just boil it until it's thickened - it's easy!
Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Set it aside while you do the next step.
Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Once it's light and fluffy, mix in the eggs, vanilla, and reduced apple cider.
Alternately mix in the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture. This will ensure the batter is well mixed without having to over-mix.
Spread the batter in a loaf pan. Smooth the top, if needed.
Mix the cinnamon and extra brown sugar and sprinkle it over the top of the batter.
Bake the bread for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
