Banana Oatmeal is a quick and easy recipe you can make in the microwave!


☑️ 1 banana ☑️ 1/2 cup quick oats ☑️ 1/2 cup water ☑️ Pinch of salt ☑️ 1/2 tbsp maple syrup ☑️ 1/3 cup milk ☑️ 1 tbsp chopped walnuts ☑️ 1/4 tsp cinnamon

You can use any milk you like including dairy-free milk!

cook the oats

Cook the oats in water in the microwave for 1 minute.

Mash half of the banana and stir it into the oatmeal. Stir in the syrup and and milk.

add the toppings

Top the oatmeal with sliced banana, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
