Baked Beans are so easy to make with canned black beans. They're flavorful and a great side dish for BBQs and potlucks!

First, cut the bacon into pieces and then fry them in a large pan or skillet on the stove.

Once the bacon is crispy, add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan. Cook them until the veggies are softened.

Add the vinegar, molasses, sugar, and seasonings.

Drain the black beans and then stir them into the veggies and bacon mixture.

Add enough water so it just covers the top of the beans. and then bake the beans for about 1 hour at 350°F.
