Meatball Stroganoff

Rich and hearty meatball stroganoff is a twist on the classic beef dish that is so easy to make! 


– Unsalted butter – Mushrooms – Yellow Onions – Salt and pepper – Garlic – All-purpose flour – Dry white wine – Beef broth – Dijon mustard – Frozen Meatballs  – Sour cream – Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving

Step 1: Cook the mushrooms, onions, and garlic.

Step 2: Add the flour and wine. Simmer to thicken.

Step 3: Add the mustard, broth, and frozen meatballs. Cover and cook.

Step 4: Add the sour cream and stir!

Step 5: Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta or rice.
