This fresh and fast corn salsa is the perfect appetizer or side dish for so many occasions. It has really simple ingredients and only takes 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients

ounces
frozen sweet corn
thawed and drained
2
medium-sized jalapeño peppers
seeded and diced
¼
cup
diced red onion
¼
cup
diced red bell pepper

tablespoons
of fresh lime juice
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
cup
chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together the corn, jalapeño peppers, red onion, and red bell pepper.
Add the lime juice, salt, and cilantro and stir well to combine.
Chill it for at least 20 minutes and stir well before serving. Leftovers will keep for four to five days in the refrigerator.
