4(5-ounce) cans of white albacore tuna packed in waterdrained
1/4cupmayonnaise
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1/4cupdill relish
2ouncescooked crumbled bacon(about 1/2 cup)
12brioche slider bunssliced in half
2 cupsshredded romaine lettuce
2largeRoma tomatoessliced
Instructions
Mix the tuna, mayo, mustard, relish, and bacon in a bowl until well combined.
Spread the tuna salad on each bottom bun. Top each with shredded lettuce, tomato slice, and the top bun.
Secure the sandwiches with long toothpicks for serving.
Notes
If you can't find brioche slider rolls, you can use Hawaiian slider rolls.You can make the tuna salad several hours ahead and keep it covered in the refrigerator. Or, you can assemble the sandwiches ahead, but wait to add the lettuce and tomato until you're ready to serve them.
