Smoked salmon spread is a quick 10-minute recipe - just blend the ingredients and serve the spread with crackers, veggie sticks, or toasted bread. It's so easy!
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade. Process until the spread is smooth and well combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl, if needed, to ensure everything is blended.
You can serve the dip right away with crackers and veggie sticks. Or, you can make it ahead and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep well for three to four days.
Notes
This spread is on the thicker side, so serve it with sturdy crackers. If you want to make it more dippable, add extra lemon juice and sour cream to thin it.
