Avocado Salsa Verde
This salsa verde with avocado is a quick no-cook dip! The flavors are so fresh - serve it with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican dishes.

Ingredients

tomatillos,
peeled and rinsed

avocado,
peeled and pit removed

tablespoons
fresh lime juice
1/3
cup
fresh cilantro leaves
1/4

white onion

clove
garlic

serrano pepper
(see note)
kosher salt,
to taste
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a chopping blade. and process until smooth.
Season the salsa to taste with salt. You can serve it right away or store it in the refrigerator for up to four days.
Notes
Pepper: If you don't like a lot of heat, omit the serrano pepper or substitute a small jalapeno.
