These BBQ chicken meatballs are easy to make with a couple of shortcuts and ready in about 25 minutes. They're great as a main dish for dinner or as a party appetizer.
In a bowl, mix the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic taco seasoning, and pepper. Add the ground chicken and mix until combined.
Form the mixture into approximately 19 meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in a single layer and cook, turning them every few minutes, until they are browned on all sides.
Adjust the heat to medium and add the BBQ sauce to the pan. Stir the meatballs to coat them evenly. Cook the meatballs with the sauce until they reach an internal temperature of 165°.
