Ingredients

(5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
1/2

frozen blueberries
1/2
cup
almond milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1
teaspoon
honey
optional
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
If you like a thicker smoothie, add a few more blueberries. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
Notes
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, be sure to add the honey. You can adjust the amount to your taste.
