1cupshredded cheddar cheeseplus 1/4 cup for topping
1cupshredded pepper jack cheeseplus 1/4 cup for topping
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
2(4-oz) cans diced green chile, drained
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Spread the mixture in a 1.5-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is warmed through and the cheese is melted on top. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.
