An easy one pan pasta made with Italian sausage, marinara, and frozen cheese ravioli, all finished with melty mozzarella and Parmesan. This cozy skillet dinner comes together in about 30 minutes with minimal prep and cleanup.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place the sliced sausage in single layer in the pan and brown the pieces on both sides. Drain the excess fat from the pan and discard it.
Add the marinara sauce and ½ cup water to the pan. Stir and bring the sauce to a simmer.
Add the frozen ravioli to the pan and stir so they’re covered with the sauce. Cover the pan and cook the pasta, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and continue simmering the pasta for three to five minutes or until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover the pan with a lid until the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
