This Green Chile Cheese Dip is so easy! Just mix all the ingredients and bake them for a warm and cheese dip for parties, game days, holidays, or any time. It’s made with canned green chiles, cream cheese, plus two other kinds of cheese. It’s the perfect easy dip recipe when you need a quick appetizer.

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus 1/4 cup for topping
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, plus 1/4 cup for topping
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 (4-oz) cans diced green chile, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Spread the mixture in a 1.5-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese over the top.
  3. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is warmed through and the cheese is melted on top. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.
