  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 whole yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted green chiles, chopped
  • 1 lb tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot. Bring it all to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for at least one hour. Store in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours before serving.
