Warmer weather means it’s time to start sipping on cold adult beverages, and this pink margarita recipe is a great one to try. This easy sipper, also known as a pink senorita, is made with pink lemonade, tequila, and triple sec. What I love is how easy it is to make – like five minutes easy. It’s my favorite kind of drink.

Combine, shake, and pour. That’s it! If you love a tequila drink but want to switch up a classic margarita, this pink lemonade margarita is a fun one to try.

Pink Margarita

This pink margarita, also known as a pink senorita, is a quick and easy cocktail. This recipe makes one drink, but you can easily scale it up to make a pitcher.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pink lemonade
  • 2 ounces tequila see note
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • ice cubes
  • mint leaves and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lemonade, tequila, and triple sec.
  • Secure the lid and shake for 20 to 30 seconds or until the shaker is cold.
  • Strain the margarita in a glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges.

Notes

You can use your favorite tequila, but for the best pink color, use silver tequila.
Big batch: Mix 24 ounces of lemonade, 12 ounces of tequila, and 12 ounces of triple sec in a pitcher. Serve in glasses with ice cubes. This will make 6 (8-ounce) servings. 
Variations: Use other kinds of lemonade to switch it up – like strawberry lemonade or another flavor you like.
