Mini Tuna Salad Brioche Sandwiches
These tuna salad sliders have a BLT twist and take all of 20 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- Canned tuna: I like white albacore tuna packed in water.
- Crumbled bacon: Packaged crumbled bacon is my shortcut of choice (no skillet, no mess), but you can crisp up a few slices if you prefer freshly cooked.
- Brioche slider rolls: Soft, buttery, and just the right size for mini sandwiches. If you can’t find them (check your grocery store’s bakery section), Hawaiian rolls work great, too.
- Dill relish: It adds a pop of brightness and crunch and it gives the tuna salad that classic deli-style flavor.
- Dijon mustard: For a kick, but you can use your favorite mustard.
- Mayonnaise
- Shredded romaine lettuce
- Sliced Roma tomatoes
In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayo, relish, mustard, and bacon until everything’s well combined.

☑️ Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread the tuna salad on the bottom halves of the buns. Top each one with shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato, then add the top bun to finish.

☑️ Serve
Stick a toothpick in each sandwich and arrange them on a big plate or platter. They’re cute, bite-sized, and perfect for sharing.
Serve them with potato chips, fries, or go for some bonus points and make a batch of garlic fries to go with them.
