Ingredients
- Chicken: Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Or, you can use the same amount of boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
- Cajun seasoning
- Minced garlic cloves
- Fresh lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Low-sodium chicken broth: Or you can use vegetable broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
How to Make the Chicken Bites
โ๏ธ Season the Chicken Pieces
Place the Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat them evenly in the seasoning.
โ๏ธ Cook the Chicken
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir it into the butter for a minute or until fragrant.
Add the seasoned chicken and cook the pieces for about five minutes.
โ๏ธ Make the Sauce
Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. As the liquid simmers, scrape up the browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
Simmer the chicken in the sauce until the sauce is thickened and the chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
